"The one thing that has changed beyond all others is that clients get a much quicker and better service from us when dealing over the phone.
Clients no longer have to wait for 20 rings before I can get to them and I'm not scribbling down detailed messages that people have to decipher. Now I am able to transfer a call out to a consultant if the call is important or email the call for them to listen to which is much easier! Oh and one more thing, seeing who is calling is a great advantage in knowing the topic of the call.

When our consultants were out meeting clients it often made answering the incoming enquiries very difficult and
on occasions we wouldn't get to all of them. Sunny Communications have provided us handsets that have a
'Missed Calls' list so that we can see if someone has tried to call us.
Also advertising was always a big thing for us but since David, your specialist, pointed out that the majority of potential customers look at our advertising when at home after work and when we have finished for the day, it just made sense to use Sunny's system to advertise 'open til 10' and for those calls to be diverted to a company mobile which Sunny provided.
It has been our customers that have really noticed the difference since we moved over to Sunny Communications because it is a daily talking point now that someone asks if we've recently changed our telephone system because they get answered much more efficiently and we have Sunny's on hold marketing when a customer is waiting for a staff member.
